Precautions and processing methods

1. When the circular blade for corrugated board is not used, the blade should be hung vertically on a dry shelf. The circular blade should not be placed flat. Flat laying will cause the circular blade to deform.

2. The serrated teeth of the round blade are super-hard and sharp, and it is forbidden to collide and fall off the ground.

3.Take protective measures during handling, such as protective gloves, work gloves, safety helmets, safety shoes, and safety glasses.

4. When installing the round blade, you must first check whether the round blade has cracks, distortion, flattening, tooth loss, etc., and then install it.

5. After the installation is completed, make sure that the center hole of the circular blade is firmly fixed on the flange. When there is a washer, the washer must be set; then, gently push it by hand to confirm whether the circular blade rotates eccentrically.

6. Do not exceed the specified maximum speed when using.

7. Pre-rotation before use: After replacing the new blade, it needs to be pre-rotated for one minute before use, and the cutting table can be cut when it enters the working state.
