This machine is mainly suitable for filling and sealing ampoule bottles, ampoule tubes, and small-caliber glass test tubes. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, biochemical, food, chemical, environmental protection, testing and other fields. Factory common equipment.

1. Connect the oxygen, gas and nitrogen hoses to the inlet at the back of the machine, open the gas regulating valve, light the flame, and then slowly turn on the oxygen until the flame is blue and the length of the flame core is about 5~8mm.

2. Turn on the equipment to run automatically, put the bottle manually → fill with nitrogen before filling → fill → fill with nitrogen after filling → sweep and seal → manually collect the finished product;

3. The sealing speed depends on the size of the flame and the size of the firepower. Generally, the bottle mouth can be melted and sealed within 2~3 seconds
